1. Introduction

2. Scope of Services

We provide bespoke AI solution development, integration, maintenance and support for modern businesses. These terms apply to the following offerings:

• Professional Services: Custom AI design, development, deployment and support.
• Information Products: Digital courses, guides, templates and training materials.
• Physical Goods: Any hardware or peripheral items supplied.

3. Order and Payment

Clients may place orders via our website at aibuildersr.club. Fees are due as specified in the service agreement or product listing. Accepted methods of payment will be detailed at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted promptly via our contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.

5. Reimbursements

We offer reimbursements based on the type of offering:

5.1 Professional Services

• Requests received within 14 days of agreement signing may be eligible for a partial reimbursement of prepaid funds, less any work already delivered.
• If the service phase has begun, a pro rata amount will be retained to cover completed work, and any remaining funds will be reimbursed within 30 days via the original payment method.
• Once final deliverables are accepted, services are non-refundable. We recommend transferring the remaining service scope to another project or team member, subject to mutual agreement.

5.2 Information Products

• Digital courses and guides may be partially reimbursed within 7 days of download, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• To request a reimbursement, contact us via contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days.
• After 7 days or if more than 20% of the content has been accessed, our digital offerings are not refundable, since immediate access to materials precludes further deployment control.

5.3 Physical Goods

• Items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging.
• Clients are responsible for shipping the item back unless the item is defective or was delivered in error.
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the cost of the item within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to direct consequences of our performance under these terms, up to the total amount paid for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential harm.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at aibuildersr.club. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Carouge.
